⛳ Your Tee Box — Automation Tour

A quick self-guided look at what's been built — no tech knowledge needed.

⚠️ Read this first: nothing is live

Everything here is in TESTING mode. No customer will ever receive an email from anything you click, approve, or submit here. Nothing is sent — ever.

The system is quietly listening to your real website form, but only to practise: it reads real enquiries and drafts replies for us to check. Your customers still get answers from you exactly the same way they do today. This is a driving simulator using real traffic — it can't touch the road.

How it works, in plain language

1
A customer fills in your website form. Right now the system watches those come in (in test mode) and you also get the submission as usual.
2
The system reads the message and works out what they're asking — buying a print, asking about price, something unusual, a complaint.
3
Simple questions (prices, what's available, delivery times) → it drafts a reply in your voice.
4
Tricky questions (custom courses, complaints, order updates) → it doesn't guess. It flags the message for you straight away.
5
You review everything. Nothing ever goes out without your tick of approval. You're always the last checkpoint.

Your role in all of this

You are the approval gate

The system does the reading and drafting — the boring first pass. But you decide what's sent. For each enquiry you'll see the customer's message and a suggested reply, and you simply Approve it, Reject it, or ask for changes. Over time this should turn "answer every email from scratch" into "glance and click approve". That's the whole idea.

What "double running" means (test mode)

Your website form is doing double duty right now: customers' messages still come to you as normal (nothing changes for them), and the system gets a copy to practise on. The system's copy produces drafts and category labels for us to review — but the send button is disconnected. We're validating that the drafts are good enough, using real-world enquiries, before anything is ever switched on.

🎮 Have a play — 5 things to try

Each takes under a minute. Break anything you like — it's all test data.

1. Submit a fake customer enquiry

Open the test form and send something like: "Hi, how much for a 16x24 framed print of Kingston Heath?" Use a fake name and email.

2. Watch it appear on the dashboard

About 30 seconds after submitting, your enquiry shows up on the dashboard — sorted into a category, with a draft reply written in your voice. Nothing sent.

3. Throw it a curveball

Submit something it can't handle, like "I want a print of my local course, Mullaloo Muni". Watch it refuse to guess and flag the message for you instead.

4. Play the approval gate

Open the review queue and try Approve and Reject on the test entries. This is exactly what your daily routine would look like if we go live. (Remember: approve or reject, still nothing is sent.)

5. See the practise log

This page shows every real enquiry the system has quietly practised on — the drafts it would have sent, and the ones it flagged for you. This is how we prove it's ready before switch-on day.

What happens next

1
You play around and note anything that feels wrong — drafts that don't sound like you, categories that seem off.
2
We review together when you're back and fix whatever needs fixing.
3
Only then do we talk about switching on the send button — and even then, every reply still waits for your approval first.
